Qualification: Any Graduates
- Handling Inbound, Outbound calls related to the Company’s projects
- Follow up with the clients for Site visit & Revisit.
- Support in assigning the leads to Sales team.
- Following up the leads on daily basis.
- Follow approved workflows while responding to customer inquiries.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal communication,
- Flexible to work on weekends
- Ability to work in a high demanding sales environment
