Responsibilities

• Handling Inbound, Outbound calls related to the Company’s projects
• Follow up with the clients for Site visit & Revisit.
• Support in assigning the leads to Sales team.
• Following up the leads on daily basis.
• Follow approved workflows while responding to customer inquiries.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.
